An extension of the successful gluten-free conference, it was noted that consumer demands are changing, shifting focus to other ingredients within baked goods, such as sugar reduction, fat-free, vegan and clean label. With this in mind, this year's event will take place over two days, with day one exclusively dedicated to gluten-free, whilst day two looks at other free-from matters.
Campden BRI has steered numerous client-driven projects on free-from bakery; coupled with a long history of research, the institute is ideally placed to discuss this challenging area and help offer solutions.
Keynote speakers from the industry, include a senior member of Coeliac UK, ingredients and technology suppliers and leading researchers in the field.
With excellent networking opportunities, including a conference dinner at Cotswold House Hotel, in Chipping Campden, delegates will also get the chance to meet with some of the sponsors in the related exhibition.
