Our process specialist, comes with a wealth of experience in thermal processing evaluation and consultation, process development, project management and new product development.

With fifteen years' industry experience, working in both process development within the research sector and as a NPD specialist for a major UK food producer, including commissioning and validating new lines, he can assist in the following areas:

1) Process optimisation – prior to and post validation of scheduled process.

2) Heat penetration and distribution testing.

3) Scheduled process validation (subject to approval by recognised 3rd party validation authority).

4) Thermal process operating training.

5) Retort programming and operator training. (Lagarde Autoclaves)

6) Pre-delivery inspection and factory acceptance tests with clients at Lagarde Autoclaves’ site in France.
